As you rack up kills and achieve objectives in a session of Starfighter Assault, you earn Battle Points – these can be redeemed during respawns to call in iconic hero ships in the Starfighter Assault mode. This time around, hero ships are unlocked with Star Wars Battlefront II’s new Battle Points system. They're also highly modifiable with Star Cards, so you can outfit your ship in whatever configuration best fits your strategy. You’ll find all three cinematic eras of Star Wars represented in hero ships, meaning you'll be able to climb into the cockpit of Darth Maul’s Scimitar, pilot the beloved Millennium Falcon, or fly Poe Dameron’s unique T-70 X-wing, Black One. There are plenty more hero ship reveals to come, including Kylo Ren's TIE Silencer, inspired by Star Wars: The Last Jedi.Įvery hero ship has a completely unique feel, bringing a different set of abilities to the table. The iconic T-65B X-wing can do it all: engage interceptors, take down TIE fighters, interdict bombers, and assault capital ships.
